All images obtained through Advanced Requests will end up in the Data Archive. You can see this as your personal library of images obtained with Telescope Live. This feature is available in the Silver and Gold subscription plans.

Images are stored in the astronomical FITS format and are fully indexed using various information, such as the exposure time, the filter used, the telescope and the observing time. 

Calibrated and raw images

All the images obtained through Advanced Requests are automatically calibrated. However, raw images are also provided. You can also choose to display either calibrated images or raw images by clicking on the last filter of the list "Calibration". By default, calibrated images are shown. You can display, and then download, the raw images by clicking the filter "Calibration", and then toggle the switch "Show calibrated images".

Sorting and browsing

You can browse the images using the filters you find at the top of the table. You can search by object name, coordinates, telescope, filters, binning, observation date and exposure time range. 

By default, My images lists every image in chronological order, starting with the most recently acquired image, and divided in different pages. You can click on the column headings to change the sorting. You can change page or change the number of images displayed per page at the bottom of the table.

To view a larger preview of each image, you can click on the small image preview.

Downloading your images

To download your images on your computer, you can either multiselect the images using the checkboxes, and then click on DOWNLOAD at the top of the table. Alternatively, you can click on the three-dots action menu and click Download to download an individual image. 

These download actions will trigger a so called "Download request". Before downloading the images on your computer, these need to be retrieved from our servers first, and compressed into a single zip file. This might take one or two minutes. You will find your download requests, ready to be downloaded on your computer, under Download requests, accessible from the left sidebar.
