No, the images obtained through Advanced Requests are calibrated using research-grade pipelines and optimal sets of calibration frames. You will always get the best possible calibrated images. 

Telescope Live calibration algorithms correct for dark current, bias level, flat field and for Residual Bulk Image (RBI) when needed. RBI affects some of the sensor chips in our cameras, but our algorithms will correct it. Calibration frames (Darks, Bias and Flat fields) are acquired with a frequency of at least once a week, and at least 10 individual frames are acquired each time to create a single high-quality Master calibration frame. For flat fields, we use a combination of sky flats and high-quality flat panels.

Note that you can also access original raw images and original and master calibration frames.
