How many images have you post-processed from start to finish?
a) Less than 10
b) More than 10
Have you ever post-processed a dataset containing at least 5 hours of observing time?
a) No
b) Yes
How would you judge your skill level?
a) Beginner
b) Expert
Have you ever won any astrophotography picture contest, or have you ever been awarded Image of The Week?
a) No
b) Yes
If you regularly post on our gallery, do you frequently get more than 5 likes?
a) No
b) Yes
Now sum all the a) and b) from the answers above. If you have more a) than b) then you are in the Beginner tier, otherwise, you are in the Expert tier.
If it's a tie, then you can decide in which tier to go. Note that, if you participate in our contests, our judges have the authority to move you from one tier to the other depending on the skill level demonstrated in your submissions and previous images posted in the gallery.
